Investing in Devon

The last year hasn’t been easy. Nevertheless, through all of the upheaval which Covid has brought we have learnt to better appreciate our health services, friendship and family, the support of colleagues, and the beautiful Devon countryside. 

But Devon has so much more to offer than simply places to walk or enjoy. According to payment technology company Dojo, Devon is also a great place to start up a new working from home business. So much so that it sees Exeter as the 12th best place in the UK in which to start a new business, with Plymouth coming closely behind in 14th. That puts Devon’s cities ahead of places like Cambridge or Belfast when factors such as startup survival rate, broadband, and living costs are taken into account. We’d agree that Exeter is a great place to work in and look forward to continue providing investment and pension advice to our customers from our Exeter base in the next financial year and beyond.
